The axis of ball mill body should show level, measure should on the top of both end of hollow shaft flange, and the height also should be accordant. If it has a error, lt is allowed that feeding end can higher about 1mm than discharging end. The hollow shaft and the surrounding gap of bearing cover should keep consistent, and the gap of outside and inside cover also should mainly be accordant.

The installation of transaction parts
When ball mill body was adjusted to be level, just then install the transaction parts. At first, check the quality condition of transaction parts, mainly check small gear shaft and reduction gear shaft is concentric or not.

Regard the big gear wheel as the basic, then install and adjust the transaction parts, make sure the tooth width of small gear and big gear are accordant. In addition, the tooth surface of small gear and big gear also should keep accordant, the least space of gear should leave 0.25mm. The contact surface of big gear and small gear accounts for 60% of the overall length and about 40% of overall height.
